Subject: Settlement of jointly held disputed properties between DoP and DoT/BSNL- reg.

Madam/Sir,

I am directed to refer to the subject mentioned above and to state that the matter relating to settlement and transfer of the DoT/DoP portion of jointly held disputed properties with the BSNL/DoT/DoP is under examination in DoT.

In this regard, the approved joint minutes of the meeting held earlier were issued to all Circles. In continuation thereof, it has become necessary to furnish the requisite information in the attached format (Property Details Format) to facilitate further action in the matter.

Accordingly, Circles are requested to furnish the requisite information in respect of the joint minutes issued for 855 jointly held disputed properties, pertaining to their respective Circles, in the enclosed prescribed format, duly completed in all respects, and furnish the same to this office by 22.01.2026 positively.

It may be ensured that the information furnished is accurate and complete, as the same will be shared with DoT for further necessary action.
