Instructions for CODMO Rebooking for Unsuccessful Transactions

For all unsuccessful CODMO transactions, users are requested to follow the instructions given below.

The rebooking option has been enabled for the Booking Supervisor and is available in Countertops → Enabling CODMO Rebooking.
  1. This option should be used only when a previous CODMO booking has failed for a COD article that has already been delivered and properly updated in the Delivery Module.
  2. Enter the COD Article Number in the CODMO Details section.

a. If the article is eligible, the system will display the details of the previous unsuccessful CODMO transaction.
b. If the article is not eligible, an error message will be displayed.
3. After the details are displayed, click the Update button and confirm the action.

4. Once the update is successful, go to Money Order Booking and select the CODMO option. The system will then display the updated COD article details, allowing the transaction to be completed.

5. All Circles are requested to circulate these instructions to all offices to address CODMO booking issues.
