Sub: Deployment of Counter Captain in all H.Os

As decided by the competent authority during the HoD Meet 2026 held on 06.05.2026, a “COUNTER CAPTAIN” will be deployed in each H.Os of each Divisions with the following criterion: 

Name of the Post	COUNTER CAPTAIN
Designation	Postal Assistant
Place of Posting	H.Os in the respective Divisions
Nature of Work & Other Information	- Respective PA will have a Naming Badge of Brass as “COUNTER CAPTAIN” - Respective PA will wear a Neck Band Naming “MAY I HELP YOU” - One 2 ft x 3 ft desk will be provided to them with a table plaques of “MAY I HELP YOU” - They will monitor that No Refusal from any counter and will also guide the customers as per their need.
