Role Assignment for Check Refund Status in APT 2.0

Check Refund Status of Digital QR (DQR) and SBI POS ePay now available in APT. To enable this option in APT 2.0, the following role should added to the concerned User to check the DQR or SBI ePay refund status.

Once the above role assigned to the respective user, the user may login and check the refund status of SBI POS DQR and ePay Refund Status.

Click on Payment Gateway Internal card

Click on Refund Status and Check Refund status

Enter UTR / Reference Number of the transactions to fetch the status of refund
