OFFICE ORDER

In pursuance of N/S 88, IHQ of MoD (Army) letter No. 36441/PIVI/APS/M/S-BB dated 03.07.2026 and Addl. DG APS letter No. 90012/APS 14 dated 14.07.2026, the services of Shri Prateek Jhajharia (IPoS: 2011), Director Postal Services (Mails & BD), Delhi Circle, are placed at the disposal of Army Postal Services, consequent upon his Temporary Commissioning in the Army Postal Services in the acting rank of “Colonel”.

The officer shall report to APS Wing, Brigade of the Guards Regimental Centre, Kamptee (Nagpur) for orientation training and assume the rank accordingly. The commission will take effect from the date of assumption of duty as Temporary Commissioned Officer at APS Wing, Kamptee (Nagpur).

The relevant charge reports along with addresses and telephone numbers may be sent to all concerned in due course.

6. Officer Concerned: With a request to liaise with APS Directorate and report to APS Wing, Brigade of the Guards Regimental Centre, Kamptee (Nagpur), as per the reporting schedule/date of the orientation training intimated by APS Directorate.
7. GM (CEPT), Mysore: With a request to upload the order on the India Post website.
8. Concerned Director of Accounts (Postal), through CPMG, Delhi Circle.
9. e-Office Notice Board, CS to Member (P): w.r.t. APAR/JAG Cadre dealing hand/Guard File.
