Please publish the tool with instructions that it will work only when the system date format is set to DD/MM/YYYY.
Users are requested to change the system date format to DD/MM/YYYY before running the tool.
Automated File Download Utility to download account code files (GL files) from APT
This tool automatically downloads files for the account codes listed in specified text files:
1. CBSRPT text file: Add account codes related to CBS Receipts.
2. CBSPMT text file: Add account codes related to for CBS Payments.
3. GENRPT text file: Add account codes related to for Other Receipts.
4. GENPMT text file: Add account codes related to for Other Payments.
Operating Instructions:
1. Open the APT GL File downloader.exe application.
2. Enter the From Date and To Date.
3. Click the required action button to download the corresponding GL files:
o CBS-RPT: Downloads CBS Receipts GL files.
o CBS-PMT: Downloads CBS Payments GL files.
o GEN-RPT: Downloads General Receipts GL files.
o GEN-PMT: Downloads General Payments GL files.

This tool functions as a standalone browser (similar to Google Chrome) and does not store any
user credentials. All download tasks are automated using key press events only. Please log out
after completion of your work. This tool is provided as-is, and the developer assumes no
