This has reference to North East and Punjab Circle letters referred above seeking clarification/allotment of funds under relevant Head of Account for hiring of four-wheeler vehicles for Delivery Centre and reimbursement of fuel mileage charges to delivery staff engaged in Delivery Centre (DC).

The references received from North East and Punjab Circle have been examined. In this connection, the Circles can meet the expenditure towards hiring of vehicles in Delivery Centre and reimbursement of fuel mileage charges to delivery staff engaged in Delivery Centre (DC) from the Head of Account indicated as under:

This issues with the approval of competent authority.
