Kindly refer to the instructions regarding development of training-cum-awareness courses on Vigilance and PIDPI Complaints Handling in India Post to enable effective participation in “Vigilance as shared responsibility”, assigned to PTC Vadodara vide letter dated 05.03.2026.

The course covers the complete lifecycle of a PIDPI complaint, including booking requirements, secure receipt, preliminary examination, report seeking, and investigation. It aims to familiarize postal officials, Designated Authorities, and vigilance functionaries with proper handling and processing procedures.
All Circles/Units are requested to encourage officials to complete the training through the DKY/iGOT Portal to enhance awareness regarding filing, booking, receipt, and handling of Vigilance/PIDPI complaints.
