UIDAI Notification: Regarding Client Registration Steps in v2.5.1 or Higher | One‑time activity

Dear Sir/Madam,

One‑time activity to be performed on all ECMP/UC Stations in v2.5.1 or Higher:
Step to localize client folder.
Step to locate candidate folder.
Step to open “Authentication‑encounter.xml” file. Run as “Administrator.” Provide admin privileges.
Step to locate the tag “\<ClientRegistration\>” and remove the entire tag section (NOT all).
Step to save the file and close it.
Step to restart the ECMP/UC application.
Step to perform the registration process again.
Step to ensure successful registration and synchronization with the server.
Step to check Registration Completion screen and ensure status shows “Registered Successfully.”
Step to inform TechSupport in case of any issues.
In case of any problem performing the above steps, send ECMP/UC details and error screenshot to TechSupport.
