Postman : Supervisor has not verified the BO EVP/ COD Returns

Postman Supervisor verification error for EVP/ COD

Most of the time while doing Day End in postman 7.9.1 Module it shows an error message as
Supervisor has not verified the BO EVP/ COD Returns
Please check and verify EVP/COD Returns of all the BOs before performing Day End

To Avoid above issues

• Issues happened because of Unverified Despatched COD from BOs before Receipt in Despatch Module.
• Supervisor have to Verify BO COD articles immediately returns taken by the Operator.
• Despatched BO COD articles should be in Postman Module before fetch in Despatch Module.
