ePayment Issues with Delete tmp File

In Most of the Post offices having issues with ePayment Communication Module, it shows an error message as tmp Files Exixts
Deleting the temporary files from data folder, if problem persists please contact PTC Mysore.

Solution


  1. Stop ePayment Client If running.
  2. Open Data folder (RXD/Data)
  3. Search for file *241.tsq inside data folder and Move this file to any folder on desktop.
  4. Start ePayment Client.
  5. Ensure that the files inside RXD and data folder are cleared.
