Reason for Non updation of DPT File in CBS Monitoring

DPT Non Updation Reasons

Please Notify Failure of DPT File Creation/Upload By Central File Processor Application Due To Reason : 

Reason Code: Mismatch in Number of Rules in File with Number of Rules As Per DPT Base Version 3.2,Current DPT Version=3.5 File Rejected for Data Creation

Please Process Corrections As Per Reason Code. 

Failure Causes of DPT File Creation/Upload By Central File Processor Application: 

1. The Subject of the E-Mail Sent is Not CBSMON , Application reads e-mails with this subject only. 
2. The Subject of the E-Mail Sent is Blank. 
3. The File in Attachment is Not the Encrypted File, The DeCrypted File has been Renamed and Sent. 
4. The File in Attachment is Not CSV File, File Only with CSV Extension will be Accepted. 
5. The Encrypted file generated by DPT tool is not renamed Correctly or is not renamed at all. 
6. Attached File has not been renamed as per Pattern PO CODE + _ency.csv. PO Code Should be as displayed in CBS Monitoring Web Site, other Code will be declined by Application.
7. The Encrypted File Has been Generated From Old DPT Tool, which has less rule validations. 
8. Please Process Corrections As Per Reasons Above. Uploads Are Processed Next Working Date from Receipt of Mail
