Finacle URL Not Opening Error and Solution

Finacle website not opening even desktop settings done correctly and Sify Network also available. It may show like below

Note: hosts file was not required to finacle URL.

Solution

This Issues may occur due to Finacle Machine may connect with Local server or domain.so follow the below steps to overcome the issues.

1. Check DNS IP address in Local Area Connection Settings.
2. Remove all other DNS except 8.8.8.8 and 172.16.17.67.
3. Configure Preferred DNS server as 8.8.8.8 and Alternate DNS Server 172.16.17.67.
4. Restart your machine then try to Open Finacle.

If Problem still persist, you just un join Domain of your finacle machine.
