Difference between CTM and HTM menu in DOP Finacle

DOP Finacle Menu : TM - Transaction Maintenance 

CTM - Customized Menu for Transaction Maintenance for Deposit / Withdrawals
HTM - Default Transaction Maintenance menu

Both the menu's are being used for Financial Transactions. CTM Menu is used to do the transaction with only Customer account. In Live environment we can see only one vouching i.e Deposit Means we have to enter the customer account to do the transaction at that we can able to see only one vouching but it was actually done the two vouching i.e one for customer account and another one vouching on concerned office account.

HTM Menu can be used for both customer and Office Account Financial Transaction. Its directly involves two vouching that means we have to enter two records in HTM Menu.

One for debit, another one for Credit

In CTM

The financial transactions of CTM can be verified by using the menu called CTM/HTM. i.e transactions which is done (Entered / Posted ) using CTM can be Posted / Verified using the Same Menu CTM or HTM Menu.

CTM - can be accessed by Operator and Supervisor.

HTM Transactions are not verified by CTM.

In HTM

The Financial transactions of  HTM can be verified only by HTM not CTM. By Using HTM Menu we can verify the transactions of CTM and HTM.
