Procedure to know the current interest for a particular account in DOP Finacle

If we want to know the current interest rate for a particular account then in DOP Finacle application there is a menu HINTTI.

• HINTTI is used for interest rate details inquiry.

Finacle Menu : HINTTI means Interest Details Inquiry

Invoke the menu HINTTI then the system will show the following screen as shown in the below figure

Then enter the follwoing details as mentioned below

Enter the account id of the customer ( for which we want to know interest rate) __
Enter the Start date _________________________
Enter the End Date ___________________________
Enter the column as on Date ____________________ As mentioned in the below figure

Then finally click on Go the system will show the current rate of interest for the entered account as per the above followed procedure. The system will show as mentioned below

In the above screen one can observe the rate of interest showing in the system is 9.3% as it is SCSS account.
