CAT Judgement for Recently Terminated Employee

BREAKING NEWS:

It is to inform you all that final judgement of CAT has been delivered today regarding the case of termination of candidates recently. And CAT has given judgement in favour of employees. CAT said that decision taken by department was absolutely wrong and against the conduct rules. So CAT has qaushed the orders and have given 3 months period to department to investigate and find out those 36 candidates who were involve in this fraud and if department will fail to find out those then department will have to take back all the terminated employees back into their jobs on immediate effect. So now let's see department will appeal to high court or not regarding this judgement and if not then we ar very positive to join back our job very soon once again. so this was the judgement.
