• Please download the SQL scripts available in the 'Utilities --> Billing_SQL Scripts' folder in FTP and execute the same in SQL Query Analyzer (for SQL 2000) or SQL Server Management Studio (for SQL 2005 or higher version).
• Then login to Speednet and check whether the old reports (Daily detailed and consolidated reports for period prior to upgradation to Speednet 4.4) are displayed in 'Screen' option or not.
