सब पोस्ट मास्टर का आवास रहने लायक भी नहीं ,फिर भी नहीं दिया जा रहा हैं मकान किराया भत्ता (HRA)

राणावास डाक में मैं रमेश राम डाकपाल के पद पर दिनांक 01-06-2015 कार्यरत हूँ यह पर पोस्ट ऑफिस के पोस्ट मास्टर का मकान भी शामिल हैं इस पोस्टमास्टर आवास सहित पुरे पोस्ट ऑफिस का किराया मात्र 36/- रु हैं पोस्टमास्टर आवास पूर्णतया: क्षत विक्षत हैं फिर भी मेरे से विभाग 1151/- का किराया ले रहा हैं जिसका विवरण व फोटो निम्नलिखित हैं I

1.इस आवास में स्नानागार व शौचालय नहीं हैं (जहाँ पुरे भारतवर्ष में स्वच्छ भारत अभियान चलाया जा रहा हैं उसी भारत सरकार के कर्मचारी के आवास में स्नानागार व शौचालय नहीं हैं )

2. इस आवास में विद्युत का कनेक्शन भी नहीं हैं क्या इस आधुनिक युग में बिना विद्युत के रहा जा सकता हैं I

3. इस आवास के कमरे के ऊपर छत ही नहीं हैं क्या बिना छत के मकान में रहा जा सकता हैं

4. यह घर करीब 150 वर्ष पुराना हैं जो कभी भी गिर सकता हैं पहले से एक कमरे की छत व रसोईघर तो गिर चुका हैं I

इन सभी कमियों के चलते मैं (रमेश राम डाकपाल राणावास ) राणावास गाव में 1500/- प्रति महिना के किराये से अन्यत्र मकान किराये लेकर रहा हूँ I

इसी कारण से मेरा आर्थिक नुकसान हो रहा हैं जिसके कारण मुझे बहुत मानसिक परेशानी होती हैं I

अत: आप से हाथ जोड़ कर प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि इस राणावास पोस्टमास्टर आवास का डी-क्वाटरेशन कर मुझ प्रार्थी पर असीम कृपा करावे व साथ ही पिछले 01-06-2015 से कट रहे मकान किराया भत्ता को पुन: देने के कृपा करावे I
