The 10th State Level Philatelic Exhibition of Odisha Circle , ODIPEX -2018 will be organised by Odisha Circle at Rabindra Vidya Niketan, Keonjhar from 15-17th December 2018.
In a press meet on 08.08.2018 in PRC, Circle Office, Bhubaneswar, the Logo and Prospectus were launched by the Chief Postmaster General, Odisha Circle.
