Account Closure Verification Error for Discontinued RD in DOP Finacle

Attention:

On 20.07.2019, Discontinued RD premature closure shows some error while verification "account frozen" 

Solution: 

Cancel the closure attempt . Put up request to get the account from the frozen stage.

This is happened due to the patch deployed recently .
