1.	Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP)	Recommendations of DoE have been received. The meeting of CRC was held on 08.02.2019 MHA has moved the Cabinet Note Comments of DoPT been sent on 28.5.2019.
2. With Cabinet Secretariat (1)
2.	Indian P&T Building Works	CRC Note sent to Cabinet Secretariat on 12 07.2019.
3. With Department of Personnel & Training (9)
3.	Indian Ordnance Factories Health Services (IOFHS)	Comments of CHS have been received. The same are under examination.
4.	Survey of India Group 'A'	Certain clarifications were sought from M/o S&T. The same have been received and the proposal is under examination.
5.	Indian Economic Service	The proposal returned to DEA to rectify the anamoly
6.	Indian Supply Service	Estt. (RR) is taking further necessary action.
7.	Indian Inspection Service	Estt. (RR) is taking further necessary action.
8.	Indian Defence Estate Service (IDES)	The matter is under examination for placing before CRC.
9.	Canteen Stores Department (CSD)	The proposal is under examination. Certain information has been sought vide OM dated 26.06 19. Reply is awaited.
10.	Railway Protection Force	MoR submitted a revised proposal on 20.06.19 and certain information has been sought vide OM dated 08.07.19. Reply is awaited.
11.	Indian Railway Medical Service (IRMS)	Reply from MoR has been received on 02.07.19.The proposal is under examination.
12.	Mail Motor Service	The proposal is under examination.
3. With Department of Expenditure (0)
4. With Ministry concerned for clarifications (3)
13.	Central Health Service (CHS)	Proposal was found incomplete. MoFHW has been requested to send the complete proposal. Reminder has been sent on 09.04.2019 to expedite the matter. Response is yet to be received.
14	Indian Naval Armament Service(INAS)	Meeting of CRC was held on 28.03.2019. MoD has been advised on 08.04.2019 to review the proposal and send the same for re-examination of DoPT. Reminder has been sent on 10.06.2019 .
