For accessing the inward /outward Url, the following is informed by CEPT, Mysore.

The urls are accessible only if the system is migrated to AD and login with AD user id when you are using Sify Network.

http://sgpo-out.oisclouds.co.in/user/login

http://sgpo-inw.oisclouds.co.in/user/login

The same URL can be accessed through Public Network which is through Datacard or Mobile Network if you are not Migrated to Active Directory.
