OFFICE MEMORANDUM 

In partial modification of the correspondence regarding maintaining status quo for disbursement of salary and off cycle payment from PAO to DDOs which was issued with the due approval of the competent authority on 17.06.2020, it has been decided by the competent authority that the Decentralisation of Pay and Accounts work for the time being may continue until the Issues raised are reviewed by the high power committee and recommendations submitted to Secretary (P).
