Pre Sync failed after on boarding

While onboarding Aadhaar Supervisor or operator in ECA- Enrolment Client Administration application the error message pre sync failed after on boarding. This error due to the following reasons

Time related error

  • Time / Time Zone error. Please check the time and time zone as per Indian Standard time
  • Close the application and change the correct time should be matched with server.
  • Open the ECA application to do aadhaar user onboard once again.
If the problem is not resolved and the pre sync failed error is thrown even after above modification please follow the below procedure or take up the issue to UIDAI help desk.
  • De-register and Re-register the application
