Way to find the eligible date for opening a SCSS Account in DOP Finacle

• Invoke Menu CMRC in finacle Operator or Supervisor
• Select function as Inquire.
• Enter CIF Number of the Customer who wants to invest in Senior Citizen Scheme.
• Scroll down to Senior Citizen Applicable date.

Yes. This is way to find eligible date for senior citizen scheme. This date is calculated based on Date of Birth seeded while creating CIF. In case of any correction in the date of birth, Please modify and Verify the same in supervisor then check the eligible date for Senior Citizen in Finacle
