Subject: Automation of disbursement file generation for credit of Salesforce incentive - reg.

This is to bring your kind attention towards the payment of incentive for the PLI/RPLI Salesforce. The functionality of incentive payment via the system commenced on 07.08.2023 & latter rolled out PAN
India.
2. The process demanded divisions to generate trial and final statements and thereafter disbursement files for payment were generated by the vendor. The above stated process was provisional so that the systematic calculations were verified, and issues pertaining to the process be resolved. Now, as the process has been going on since almost 6 months, PLI Directorate has decided to automate the process of disbursement file generation.
3. In the automated process trial and final statements will be generated by the divisional user. Once trail statement is approved and final statement is generated, the generation of disbursement file would be done automatically by the system at the end of the day for all the final statements. Thereafter system will automatically place generated disbursement files for consumption at CBS (disbursement of incentive in the concerned POSB Account).
4. For successful implementation of the automation process, circles are requested to ensure the following steps:-
i) No user tampers with any of the trial or final statements.
ii) If there are any discrepancies in the trial or final statements, divisions are requested to inform their respective circle offices and circles will in turn inform the CEPT and IPPB teams for necessary action on the same day so that incorrect final statements are not picked and disbursed by the system.
iii) From the generation of final statement till the successful consumption of the disbursement file, divisions will not alter any details in the cheque cases appeared in the final statement.
5. Issues pertaining to the wrongly generated trial or final statements may kindly be forwarded to the below mentioned email ids: -
i) venkat@indiapost.gov.in
ii) sriram@indiapost.gov.in
iii) venkatakrishnan.h@indiapost.gov.in
iv) panaselvam.m@indiapost.gov.in
v) rajeev ranjaniz@infosys.com
6. This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
