Subject: Guidelines on issues raised by Staff Unions w.r.t online learning courses available on iGOT- reg.

This has reference to this office earlier letter No. Tr-13/4/2023-Training- DOP dated 07.11.2024 seeking inputs/guidelines on the issues raised by various Staff Unions concerning the online learning courses available on the iGOT platform in light of any similar references received from other Ministries/Departments and any relevant policy decisions made by Karmayogi Bharat. However, the same is still awaited.

2. It is once again requested to provide your input and guidance on the issues summarised below:

  • Compensatory Time Off for Extended Training Sessions
  • Classification of Training Courses (Mandatory and Non-Mandatory) Compensation for Internet Charges if training is done using own mobile/computer at home/office
  • Conducting Mandatory Training Locally as Group Sessions
  • Non-Linking of Karmayogi Training Completion with APAR
3.The above inputs may be provided at the earliest so that a suitable decision may be taken and Staff Unions be apprised accordingly.
