Subject: Regarding deactivation of IPPB-QR code services provided at Branch Post Offices and settlement of pending BO UPI IPPB QR Code reversal cases.
Reference: PAF Wing’s letter number PA/CSI/02/131 dated 04.01.2025 (copy enclosed).
Key Instructions:
- Circle Offices (Nodal Offices for operational activities) must:
- Resolve all disputes related to refunds, reversals, and chargebacks with IPPB as a one-time activity.
- PAOs (Nodal Offices for settlement and accounting) must:
- Credit disputed amounts to the Government Remittance to Bank Account.
- Verify data with Circle Offices and Bank Statements, then remit funds to IPPB by debiting suspense accounts.
- Deadline: All settlement and reconciliation activities must be completed by 30th April 2025.
