OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Implementation of Order in OA No. 466/2020 (J Srinivasulu and others Vs UOI and others) in respect of seniority in PS Gr. B cadre – regarding.

In continuation of this Department’s OM of even number dated 23.12.2024 and based on the information received from the Circles/Units, the following Final Seniority List of PS Gr. ‘B’ Officers has been finalized and issued with the approval of the Competent Authority for the years 2018-2021 (Annexure-I to Annexure-III).

Key Points:

• The seniority lists are subject to pending writ petitions (W.P No. 25171/2020 and WPSR No. 14037/2025) before the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
• No lien, right, or equities shall be claimed by promoted officers until the disposal of these petitions.
• Annexures Overview:

Annexure-I (2018):

• Lists officers promoted via LDCE 2012 Suppl. and 2012-13 to 2016-17.
• Includes details like name, date of birth, date of joining, circle allotted, LDCE marks, and remarks (e.g., retirement status).

Annexure-II (2019):

• Covers DPC-2018 and DPC-2019 promotions.
• Notes officers who have retired or taken VRS, with dates of joining and retirement.

Annexure-III (2021):

• Lists officers promoted via DPC-2020.
• Includes similar details as above, with remarks on retirements, VRS, or expired cases.

3. Additional DG, APS Delhi.
4. GMs of Parcel/PLI/BD Directorates/CEPT.
