Subject: Extension of timelines for recording of APARs for the year 2024-25 in respect of Central Civil Services - reg

This is regarding recording of Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APAR) for the year 2024-25 in respect of Central Civil Services.

DoPT vide O.M No. 21011/10/2025-PP (A-II) dated 09.04.2025 (Annexure-III) have revised the time schedule for preparation/completion of Annual Performance Report (APAR). Copy of revised time schedule is enclosed. These instructions will come into force from the Reporting Year 2024-25 onwards.

All officers are requested to adhere to the timelines as per the schedule for Financial/Reporting Period 2024-25.
