Subject: Providing DOP Pensioners/Family Pensioners information for DLC Portal.

Key Instructions:

Background:

• The Department of Pension and Pensioners' Welfare (DOP&PW) is organizing nationwide Digital Life Certificate (DLC) campaigns to promote awareness about DLC generation via the DLC Portal.
• DOP&PW has proposed to revamp the DLC Portal to enhance its dynamism, accessibility, and utility for stakeholders.

Data Requirement:

• Comprehensive data of pensioners and Family Pensioners drawing pensions through Post Offices and nationalized banks must be submitted in the prescribed Excel format (enclosed, Sheets 1 & 2).
• Deadline: 09.05.2025 (strictly adhered to).

Urgency:

• The matter is to be treated as urgent.
• Enclosure: Excel format for data submission.

Notes:

• Purpose: Facilitate the revamp of the DLC Portal by providing accurate pensioner data for improved campaign monitoring and stakeholder access.

Action Items:

• Compile and submit pensioner data in the specified format by the deadline.
• Ensure data includes both Post Office and bank-drawn pensioners.
• Authority: Directive issued under the Ministry of Communications, Department of Posts.
