Objective: Recognize excellence in handwritten letter writing across India.

1. Envelope Category – Above 18 Years:

• 1st Prize (₹50,000): Chandrashekhar Kushwaha (Delhi)
• 2nd Prize (₹25,000): Md. Afsar Hayat (Bihar)
• 3rd Prize (₹10,000): Kabita Deb (North East)

2. Envelope Category – Up to 18 Years:

• 1st Prize (₹50,000): Kritika (Himachal Pradesh)
• 2nd Prize (₹25,000): Abhinav Shivaji Patil (Maharashtra)
• 3rd Prize (₹10,000): Avni Kejriwal (Jharkhand)

3. ILC (Indigenous Letter Writing) Category – Above 18 Years:

• 1st Prize (₹50,000): Dadasaheb Sadolkar (Maharashtra)
• 2nd Prize (₹25,000): Hiranya Kumar Burman (Assam)
• 3rd Prize (₹10,000): Bhuvneshwar Prasad Aagre (Chhattisgarh)

4. ILC Category – Up to 18 Years:

• 1st Prize (₹50,000): U. Kamalini (Andhra Pradesh)
• 2nd Prize (₹25,000): Athar Rashid Shiekh (Jammu & Kashmir)
• 3rd Prize (₹10,000): Sakshi Pandey (Uttarakhand)

Total Prize Money Distributed: ₹3,40,000
