Prerequisites for Device Registration are:
- Employee Data Validation from the office to be completed
- Office Data Validation is to be completed.
These steps are necessary to make sure correct data in reports and dashboards. It is Mandatory User to complete these above prerequisites before starting Device Registration activity.
Device Registration Portal Access
To navigate Device Registration portal, user must have "Device Registration User" Role available in Work Distribution Portal.
Device Registration Process
- Nominate users for device registration
- Create virtual devices (Desktop, Laptop, Mobile, Tablet)
- Download and install DopToConnect application
- Register devices using employee ID and OTP
- Verify registered devices
- Manage device re-registration if needed

System Requirements:
Windows 10 or above for DopToConnect.exe application
Important Notes:
- Only 3 OTPs will be generated for a user in 10 minutes
- Reports show cumulative device count of offices and sub-offices
- Unauthorized devices cannot access APT portal
