• Salary Stopped: Parent Circles must cease salary payments post "deemed relieving" date.
• Reporting Non-Joiners: Circles must report officers who fail to join on time.

• Maharashtra → Rajasthan/Uttar Pradesh/Uttarakhand (6 officers).
• Tamil Nadu/Karnataka → Uttar Pradesh (3 officers).

Compliance & Communication:

• Relieving/joining reports must be emailed to adspn.dte@indiapost.gov.in.
• Order to be uploaded on Indiapost website by GMCEPT.
