Subject: Mandatory Completion of Select Courses on iGOT Platform – reg.

This is regarding the courses available on the iGOT platform which are aimed at fostering a service-oriented mindset and reinforcing the trust of citizens in the Department's frontline workforce. In this regard, following two courses are available and highly relevant to the operational and behavioral standards expected from the delivery staff of the Department:

• Developing a Customer-Centric Culture in the Department of Posts
• Work Ethics

2. Additionally, a new course titled DIGIPIN - National Level Addressing Grid has recently been introduced on the iGOT platform. This course provides comprehensive insights into the DIGIPIN initiative—a major step toward establishing a standardized, geo-coded, and interoperable addressing system under India's Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI). The course covers the concept, attributes, and advantages of DIGIPIN and is essential for all employees to understand this transformational initiative.

3. In view of the above, it is hereby directed that:

• All employees across Circles must mandatorily complete the 'DIGIPIN' course on the iGOT platform.
• The courses 'Developing a Customer-Centric Culture' and 'Work Ethics' shall be compulsorily undertaken by all employees in the Postmen cadre.

4. Circles are requested to issue necessary instructions to ensure compliance and monitor the completion status of these courses. A compliance report may be submitted to this office by 15.06.2025.
