2. Counter Retail Collection:

• IT 2.0 Offices: Use "Insurance Collections" card in IT 2.0/Mobile App.

• Claims: Processed manually in IT 2.0 via "Miscellaneous Receipts/Payments."
• Steps: Select payment type → Enter policy details → Upload sanction voucher → Approve.

Roles:

• Post Offices: Verify accounting against McCamish reports.
• Divisional Offices: Monthly cross-checking of receipts/payments.

5. Misc:

• Revival Collections: Temporarily handled by non-rolled-out offices; CPC to monitor post-transition.
• Disbursement Centre: Must be Head Post Office (HO).
• Premium Receipt Book (PRB): Required for validation in IT 2.0.
• Annexure-A: GL Accounts (IT 1.0) Mapped to Account Codes (IT 2.0)
