Support Level Implementation Update

Please note that Region as L2 is now implemented in the Support Desk. The updated support levels are as follows:

| L1 | Division |
| L2 | Region |
| L3 | Circle |
| L4 | CEPT Support Team |
| L5 | CEPT Dev Team |
| L6 | CEPT Change Approval |
All Circle SPOCs should be informed about the new L1/L2 and L3 levels and should process tickets accordingly from today(07.07.2025) onwards. SOPs and FAQs should also be modified to reflect these changes.
