It has come to our notice that certain locations are experiencing inaccessibility to the APT URL app.indiapost.gov.in over the DOP WAN. Upon investigation, it was found that the preferred DNS in these locations was incorrectly set to 172.24.20.26 instead of the required 172.16.20.26.
Action Required:
Ensure all desktops connected to the DOP WAN are configured with:
Preferred DNS: 172.16.20.26Alternate DNS: 172.24.20.26
If the issue persists despite the correct configuration, kindly raise a ticket through the CSI SD Portal and share the details with networkops@indiapost.gov.in for further assistance.
