FNPO Meeting Updates

Dear All,

Today (12.08.2025), the FNPO team held a crucial meeting with Member (P), Member (Technology), DDG (P), and DDG (Establishment). Below are the key updates:

APT 2.0 Network Issue Resolved

• A data transfer limitation due to network configuration was addressed after discussions with Mukesh Ambani and Satya Nadella.
• The Ministry of Communications (MoC), IT Minister, and concerned officers actively intervened, resolving the issue.
• Minor glitches are being resolved progressively, with over 95% development completed. The system is expected to function 100% smoothly from tomorrow.

Member (P) Madam personally requested to convey heartfelt thanks to all staff who endured challenges and provided unwavering support during this critical period.

HSG-I Gazetted Status

Progress is being made toward granting gazetted status for HSG-I officials. FNPO has submitted a detailed letter advocating this.

Cash Handling Allowance for SPMs

SPMs in offices without a Treasurer post will soon receive cash handling allowance. FNPO is persistently pursuing this matter, and a positive outcome is expected shortly.

Upcoming Meetings

• 19.08.2025: Cadre review meeting for PA, CO, RO, and SA at the Directorate, chaired by CPMG Karnataka.
• 20.08.2025: Discussion on IDC-related issues with union representatives.
