Subject : Non-issuance of Order of Provisional Engagement in the GDS Online Engagement Portal - reg.

Sir/Madam,

Some Circles have reported the issues in generating the Order of Provisional engagement through the GDS Online Engagement Portal for the candidates shortlisted in List -5 and 6.

2. In this regard, I am directed to inform that, CEPT has temporarily disabled the provision of issuance of Order of Provisional Engagement for the candidates shortlisted in List 5 and 6 of the GDS Online Engagement Schedule- January, 2025, due to some administrative reasons.

3. However, pre-engagement formalities like pre-engagement training and verification of documents may be completed till the provision is made available. Till then, the orders of provisional engagement will not be issued in physical mode for such candidates of List 5 and 6, as the same are to be issued from the system only. The 30 days period to complete the engagement formalities will also stand extended for these candidates till the provision for issue of order through the system is enabled.

This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
