Subject: Request for rectification of troubles encountered in IT 2.0 (APT 2.0) -reg.

Respected Madam,

This union bring to your kind attention on various issues that employees are facing with the newly implemented IT 2.0 (APT 2.0) networking system. While the intention behind the upgrade is commendable and aimed at streamlining operations and enhancing digital efficiency, the current performance has resulted in operational setbacks and user dissatisfaction.

Below are some of the major concerns:

• Frequent Downtime: The system experiences unexpected outages, affecting productivity and access to essential services.
• Connectivity Issues: Users frequently face login failures, disconnection from servers, and unstable VPN access.
• Software Compatibility: Certain applications and legacy systems are not functioning smoothly with the new platform, affecting workflow continuity.

a) Bag opening problem- The articles that are not in the bag list of sender office, are also included during scanning without any indication and the bag can be finally opened after one-by-one deletion of those articles. The deletion process is also complicated.

b) Bag closing problem- During scanning for closing the bag, invalid articles also include without showing any indication and does not allow to closing bag until invalid articles are deleted and the deletion process is not that simple.

These challenges are having a major impact on our performance and overall system reliability.

Therefore, this union requests that appropriate action be taken to resolve the issue immediately.
