Post Office Savings Bank related services in light of the implementation of APT 2.0

It is noticed that Finacle transactions have  dipped for the current  month of August (till 09.08.2025); with Circles citing various reasons.  it is hereby clarified that Finacle is working smoothly without any slowness.  It is therefore requested that POSB  counter services may continue to be offered to the customers. In this week MPKBY agents will be submitting their bulk lists, which may be accepted  immediately to avoid last minute rush." -Director (CBS)
