Update on CBS Data Fetch – Key Points

• New Menu "CSMDAY" Deployed: Successfully released in Finacle Production on Friday, 01.08.2025.
• Availability: Accessible to all Post Offices starting from 02.08.2025.

Execution Process:

• Must be run immediately after HISCOD.
• Should be executed by the Supervisor of the respective SOL.

Key Benefit:

• Eliminates dependency on CPC for HSCOD execution.
• Ensures same-day CBS data fetch to APT for seamless accounting.

Action Required: Supervisors must ensure timely execution of CSMDAY post-HISCOD for smooth operations.

Good Morning Sir/Madam. 

This is regarding new process of CBS Data generation  for APT 2.0 Same day Accounting to be followed from 02/08/2025 (Saturday). New menu CSMDAY is to be executed by Supervisor of concerned Post Office immediately after HISCOD. Once this menu is successfully executed, CBS data can be fetched in APT 2.0 in same manner which is being followed now. Dependency of HSCOD by CPCs for CBS data extraction is removed. CPCs are requested to kindly pass on this information to all Post offices without fail. Detailed SOP is also forwarded by CPRC to all CPCs. In case of any issues please mail to CBS EOD team immediately.

New menu CSMDAY .is deployed in Finacle Production on Friday (01.08.2025) which will be available to Post Offices from 02.08.2025.

CSMDAY menu is to be run immediately after HISCOD,  by the Supervisor of concerned SOL. This will remove the dependency on CPC performing HSCOD, to fetch the CBS data to APT, for same day accounting.
