Subject: Conducting Bala Aadhaar Camps for children aged 0–5 at Anganwadi centres with the help of IPPB & ICDS – Reg.

Key Points:

• The Directorate has been informed that Bala Aadhaar Camps could not be facilitated in some Circles due to the misconception that Child Enrolment Services (Bal Aadhaar) have been discontinued by India Post Payments Bank (IPPB).

• Clarification: No official communication regarding the halting of Child Enrolment Services has been issued by the Directorate.

• Directive: All Circles are instructed to continue performing Child Enrolment and Literacy Campaign (CELC) services.
