Subject:Calling for application of volunteers from Postal Assistant cadre to work in PTC, Darbhanga from Darbhanga Division only.

Key Details:

• Purpose: To invite applications from volunteers amongst the Postal Assistant (PA) cadre from the entire Darbhanga Division to work at the Postal Training Centre (PTC), Darbhanga.
• Post Details:
  • Post Name: Office Assistant
  • Number of Vacancies: 01
  • Eligibility: PA cadre
• Application Process:
  • Willing officials must use the prescribed proforma (Annexure A).
  • Applications must be forwarded by the Unit/Divisional Head.
  • Applications must include the Head's recommendation, the applicant's APAR Grading for the last three years, and a vigilance clearance certificate.
  • Deadline: Applications must reach the PTC Darbhanga office by 25.09.2025.
• Tenure:
  • The posting is normally for three years.
  • The tenure may be terminated early based on the official's performance.
• Allowances: No additional allowances will be paid for working at PTC Darbhanga.

11. Interest in extracurricular activities (e.g., games, music)
12. Administrative office work experience, if any

14. E-mail ID
15. APAR Grading for the last five years (2024-25, 2023-24, 2022-23)
16. Whether a Vigilance Case is pending/contemplated
17. Whether any punishment is under currency
