A. Assistant Superintendent of Posts (ASP)

Guidelines:
• Prefer allotment to the same Division upon promotion.
• Consider pending inter-region transfer requests before new allotments.

D. LSG / Postal Assistant (PA) / Sorting Assistant (SA)

Guidelines:
• Prefer allotment to the same Division upon promotion to LSG.
• Consider pending inter-division transfer requests before new allotments.

General Provisions:

• Review Process: First review by authority higher than the approving authority. Second and final review by the next higher authority. CPMG's decision is final for cases they approve.
• Vacant Posts: Officers holding additional charge of a vacant committee post can serve as member/chairman.
• Supersession: These guidelines supersede any previous contrary instructions.
