Proposed One-Time Relaxation

✅ The Department proposes a one-time relaxation to offer compassionate engagement to dependents of deceased departmental employees/GDS.

✅ This applies to employees/GDS who lost their lives during the COVID-19 period (01.01.2020 to 24.02.2025).

Request for Comments

✅ All stakeholders are requested to furnish their comments on the Draft Scheme by 16.08.2025 positively.

✅ The Draft Scheme should be read along with the consolidated guidelines issued on 20.06.2025 (available in the employees' corner of the Department's website).

✅ If comments are not received by the due date, the Department will proceed with the implementation of the scheme, with or without modifications.

Submission Guidelines

✅ To promote a paperless and environmentally sustainable working environment, views/comments/inputs should be forwarded by email only.

✅ Comments must be submitted in both PDF and editable Word formats.
