Subject: Regarding Compensation and support to the Family of Deceased GDS BPM, Sh. O. Subbaiyan, Pillur DAM Branch Office, Karamadai S.O, Mettupalayam Sub Division, Tirupur Division.

Sir,

This has reference to letter dated 06.09.2025 (copy enclosed) received from the General secretary, AIGDSU and your office letter dated 09.09.2025 on the above- mentioned subject.

The matter has been examined. Considering the facts of the case and as per the report submitted by the circle, I am hereby directed to request you to cause to review the matter on priority and ensure the earliest possible disbursement of the admissible service discharge benefits, namely GDS Gratuity, Severance Amount, and Group Insurance etc to the family of the deceased GDS BPM Shri. O.Subbaiyan. Further, the case for compassionate appointment of an eligible dependent family member may also be processed expeditiously in accordance with the guidelines of the Department.

This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
