Sub: Request for reconsideration of Incentive Eligibility under Old PLI/RPLI policy for postal and GDS Employees

With reference to letter No. ADG(PS)/CHQ/PLI/TR/2023B dt.11.07.2023 regarding the request for reconsideration of Incentive Eligibility under Old PLI/RPLI policy for postal and GDS Employees.

In this regard, it is submitted that it is feasible to grant incentive to the Postal employees and GDSs under 90-95 codes retrospectively, on the PLI/RPLI policies procured before 30-06-2020. However, the employees should have been authorized to work together with these roles, in connection with procurement of business. The incentive will be paid subject to due verification of relevant roles on PLI and RPLI policies procured after their registration as FO.

This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
