🛠 Step-by-Step Resolution
Step 1: Cancel Existing Request
📍 Action at Section Office (SO)
- Access the EXCW menu
- Cancel the pending withdrawal request
Step 2: Create New Request
📍 Action at Branch Office (BO)
- Initiate a fresh high-value withdrawal request
- Use the DREAM/IMA application as before
Step 3: Approve New Request
📍 Action at Section Office (SO)
- Return to EXCW menu
- Approve the newly created withdrawal request
✅ Completion
- All service tickets related to this issue can be closed once this process is completed
- Ensure successful transaction confirmation before closing tickets
